Training camp has now started for the Champ – AJ Tweets :

@anthonyfjoshua – 10 Years Of Dedication ? #AJBXNG

AJ tweets 10 years of dedication.

The real hard work starts now as he puts all his straps on the line, the last which was won against former WBO Champion Joseph Parker in March 2018 at the Principality Stadium, Cardiff.

New Zealander Parker is looking to bounce straight back and put himself in the mix again as he takes on Dillian Whyte on July 28th at the O2 arena.

Joseph Parker’s promoter, David Higgins, reveals he’s already held talks with Eddie Hearn about the Kiwi facing Anthony Joshua at Wembley next year if he can get past ‘The Body Snatcher’.

“The winner of the fight will almost certainly go to number one in a couple of the sanctioning bodies.

“If the champion is AJ, Eddie Hearn and I have discussed the possibility.

“Joshua has to beat Alexander Povetkin, Parker has to be Whyte. We’re not looking any further ahead of that, but Hearn’s job is to look ahead and the boxers’ is to focus on the current fight.

“If Joe knocked out Whyte emphatically, he could legitimately call for a rematch in short order and I don’t think Eddie Hearn would be disagreeing with that.”

Commentary team for WHYTE vs PARKER :
Jarrell “Big Baby” Miller will be joining the Sky Sports Box Office commentary team for the heavyweight fight along with Tony Bellew & David Haye!!!

Twitter : Jarrell Miller, Tony Bellew and David Haye are all part of the Sky Sports punditry team for Dillian Whyte v Joseph Parker next week.
